7 SECONDS – is a new program in which we will discuss the subject of image in the context of social roles, communication, fashion, self-acceptance and self-awareness. These are just examples.
Why 7 seconds? 
Because image is a complex phenomenon. It is worth realizing that we ALWAYS send signals that are constantly read by the environment. Just as? And what is the benefit of knowing this fact?
The first episode answers the question of what is the image, what is the role of non-verbal signals in it, and in the context of which concepts we are moving.
